Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hawaii Teachers Economics Library (referred to as "the Library"), including any content, materials, features, and services provided through the Library. By accessing or using the Library, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from accessing or using the Library.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
