Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hawaii Teachers Economics Library (referred to as "the Library"), including any content, materials, features, and services provided through the Library. By accessing or using the Library, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from accessing or using the Library.

The Library is an online platform that provides access to a collection of economics-related content, including articles, research papers, publications, and other resources. b. Access to the Library may require user registration, and you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. c.   8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. b. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
